Dr. Eddie B. Lane, Sr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of Bibleway Bible Church, where he served faithfully from 1967 until he was called home to glory, in 2015. He is also the founder and former President of The Institute For Black Family Renewal (1992 to 2015), and the founder and President of Black Family Press (1994 to 2015).                                                                                       

 

Dr. Lane was a board member of Wycliffe Bible Translators - USA (from 2001 to 2015) and Professor Emeritus of the Dallas Theological Seminary.

After serving as founder and Senior Pastor of Bibleway Bible Church for 49 years, Dr. Lane leaves to cherish his memory his lovely wife, Betty Jo Lane; three living children, and eight grandchildren.​
